You can read about various composition/performance projects relating to health and medicine here:

Delirium (in hospitals) (2012-17): based on experiences of ICU delirium, in the UK and in South Africa.

The Isle is Full of Noises for Durham University’s Institute of Medical Humanities (2017): written with people who have experienced voice-hearing

The Singing Hospital for rb&hArts (2019): a piece written for and with three ‘Singing for breathing’ choirs at Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust

Lastly, a very short piece written for Gilly Angell, under her words (and Rumi’s words) (2020): written in the early days of lockdown.
